Kurt
& Kirsten Carlson
reside on the Big Island of Hawaii and are
full-time licensed real estate agents with Century 21 Homefinders of Hawaii in Kona.
They specialize in three client segments: Investors,
Retirement & Relocation.
They successfully
service their clients' marketing, communication and
transaction needs through the power of the internet.
They earned the Accredited Buyer
Representative ABR designation in 2005/2006,
attended intensive Create
21 sales training program, acquired the ePRO
designation, an internet
certification for REALTORS designed by the National
Association of REALTORS. They belong to the
Kona Board of REALTORS (KBR), Hawaii Association of
REALTORS (HAR) and the National Association of
REALTORS (NAR). They belong to Kona/Kohala
Chamber of Commerce. They participate in continuing
education programs to keep their skills fresh and
Kirsten has recently completed her "Fine Homes &
Estates" certification.
Their first visit to Hawaii was in the summer of 2000
with their two sons. They traveled the Big
Island and discovered first-hand why this is one of
the most sought after places to live. As natives of
Chicago, Kurt & Kirsten decided to leave the long
cold winters and hot humid summers of Chicago to
live in paradise.
Kirsten's career as an Information and Data Security
Specialist for Household Finance spanned over 10
years. She has also held the position of
President, Vice President and Recording Secretary
for her homeowners civic association of 182
properties. In addition, Kirsten actively
worked as a realtors assistant for several years.
Kirsten now leverages her technology and
communication skills in real estate.
Kurt's career in consulting services with software and
technology companies spans over 20 years. His most
recent roles included VP Sales & Services for ECS, a
Brazilian based software solution provider, U.S.
Director Professional Services at Pilot Software.
Kurt is now dedicated to utilizing his service,
computer knowledge and
project management expertise in real
estate.
